Private Parties FAQs
What counts as a private party?
Private party means you get the whole studio to yourself! We will close our store just for you.
Common private party events include:
- team building
- bachelorette parties
- bridal showers
- baby showers
- graduation celebrations
- birthday gatherings for adults
- friend group celebrations
- team socials
- reunion gatherings
Is there a minimum or maximum guest count for a private party?
The maximum guests we can host at Crafty Tomato is 30 people. There is no minimum guest required but the private event fee of a smaller party will be higher than a bigger group.
Why is there a fee for a private event?
The private-event fee reserves the entire Crafty Tomato studio exclusively for your group. During your event, we will not accept walk-ins or other reservations, giving your guests more space, privacy, and the freedom to enjoy the studio together. Craft projects are purchased separately, allowing each guest to choose the craft that best fits their interests and budget.
Can we bring decorations?
Yes. Themed decorations may be requested as an add-on or coordinated with your event.
Can I bring my own craft?
No.
For safety and space management, we only allow crafts and materials purchased from Crafty Tomato to be used in the studio.
We offer a wide variety of creative projects, so everyone can find something they enjoy.
Can I bring alcohol?
No.
Alcohol is not permitted inside the Crafty Tomato studio.
Can we host an event offsite?
Yes. Take-home kits or off-site events are available.
