Return & Refund Policy

Crafty Tomato is a small, independent creative studio. All purchases are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in full.


Reservations, Classes & Event Tickets

All reservations, class tickets, workshop bookings, and event registrations are final sale and non-refundable.

Once a reservation or class ticket is purchased:

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, change of mind, illness, or no-shows.

  • We are happy to reschedule your reservation for a future date subject to availability, provided we are contacted in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or store credit.

Reservations and class tickets hold limited seating and staff resources; therefore, refunds cannot be accommodated.


In-Store Craft Activities & DIY Projects

All in-store craft activities, DIY sessions, and projects completed at Crafty Tomato are final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered once a craft session has begun or been completed.

  • This applies to all handmade, customized, or customer-created items made in the studio.

  • Minor variations, imperfections, or differences in handmade items are normal and are not considered defects.

Crafty Tomato does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the final appearance of a completed craft project.


Retail Items Purchased In Store

All retail items purchased in store are final sale, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.


Online Orders

For items purchased through our website, returns, exchanges, or refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Requests must be submitted and approved before items are returned

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the request

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Shipping & Refund Processing

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in our response.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your online order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes that violate this policy may be contested with supporting documentation.


Policy Enforcement

Crafty Tomato reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions above
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
