This Shipping Policy describes how Crafty Tomato processes and fulfills orders placed through our website.

Crafty Tomato ships both domestically within the United States and internationally when applicable. Availability of international shipping may vary by product, destination, and carrier, and Crafty Tomato reserves the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain locations at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including but not limited to shipping charges, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country. Crafty Tomato is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges caused by customs processing or international regulations.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include transit time, which may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Crafty Tomato is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. Crafty Tomato is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Crafty Tomato is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Packages returned to us due to incorrect address information may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Shipping insurance, when available, is the responsibility of the customer. If insurance is not selected or purchased, Crafty Tomato is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted directly to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items comply with import regulations in their destination country. Crafty Tomato is not responsible for items held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities.

Local pickup is available during Crafty Tomato’s regular business hours. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification. Crafty Tomato is not responsible for unclaimed orders after extended delays.
