Crafty Tomato birthday parties are designed to be fun, creative, and easy to plan. Guests make their own artwork, celebrate together, and take home something they created themselves.

Our parties work well for kids birthdays, teen parties, adult birthdays, and mixed family celebrations.

Birthday parties are recommended for groups of 9–20 guests. Smaller groups can reserve a table for DIY sessions.

Birthday Party Guidelines

To help parties run smoothly:

  • Birthday parties are recommended for 9–20 guests
  • If there are children under 13, at least one responsible adult must remain on site
  • Parents are welcome to stay, but seating is limited due to studio space
  • Cake and simple refreshments are welcome
  • We have refrigerator space available for cake storage
  • To keep logistics easy, each party selects one craft option for the whole group

How booking works

  • 2. Pay your deposit

    A deposit is required to reserve your date.

  • 3. Confirm your guest count and craft choice

    We’ll finalize the details before the party.

  • 4. Celebrate

    Show up, craft, and enjoy the party.

Deposit information

Studio birthday parties require a $150 deposit to reserve the date.

The deposit is applied toward your final party total.

Take-home party kits are paid in full when ordered.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date with advance notice.
